ABSTRACT
A regulação é entendida como atividade de organização dos processos decisórios, responsável por organizar as relações entre profissionais, pacientes e prestadores de serviços de saúde, garantindo o acesso universal e integral da população. Em Canhotinho, trabalha-se com o Fluxo de Regulação desde 2016. Foram utilizados monitoramentos mensais realizados pela V GERES, consulta nos livros de protocolos das unidades de saúde e no sistema CMCE no qual são digitadas as solicitações e realizados os agendamentos. Verifica-se o total das cotas programadas, agendadas, executadas, perda primária, absenteísmo e fila de espera, sendo esta avaliação realizada antes e após a intervenção. Todas as Unidades têm um representante responsável pelo Malote de Entrega e Recepção de Consultas e Agendamentos. Na Regulação os encaminhamentos são digitados nos sistemas utilizados para Agendamentos na Regional, ou encaminhados para marcação em Recife via TFD. Os pacientes são encaminhados pelas Secretarias Municipais, através de agendamento eletrônico, para atendimento na UPAE. Este trabalho tem como objetivo aumentar o aproveitamento das cotas ofertadas do município de Canhotinho para a UPAE Garanhuns - PE. Serão realizadas reuniões com as Equipes da Regulação e Visitas às Unidades de Saúde para avaliar-se o desempenho do município com relação às cotas ofertadas, de agendamento, de execução e de absenteísmo, das cotas/vagas disponibilizadas pela V Geres para UPAE Garanhuns em 2021. Espera-se que após a implementação deste PI seja possível aumentar o aproveitamento das cotas ofertadas para 98% em todas as especialidades, fortalecendo assim a resolutividade das equipes de saúde da família.(AU)

In Canhotinho, the Regulation Flow has been working since 2016. Monthly monitoring carried out by V GERES was used, consultation in the protocol books of the health units and in the CMCE system in which requests are entered and appointments are made. Patients are referred by the Municipal Secretariats, through electronic scheduling, for care at the UPAE. This work aims to increase the use of quotas offered by the municipality of Canhotinho for UPAE Garanhuns - PE. Meetings will be held with the Regulation Teams and Visits to Health Units to assess the performance of the municipality in relation to the quotas offered, scheduling, execution and absenteeism, of the quotas/vacancies made available by V Geres for UPAE Garanhuns in 2021 It is expected that after the implementation of this IP it will be possible to increase the use of the quotas offered to 98% in all specialties, thus strengthening the resolution of the family health teams.(AU)
